Travel to Furano Biei at the end of October

Im leaving from Asahikawa station to travel Furano and Biei (1day trip). Tomita farm,Cheese Factory and Blue pond in Biei are the places that I wourld like to go. Im not see review for travel on October. Im not sure that have any interesting place in furano and Biei on end of October or not. Please suggest me where is the first place to go Furano or Biei and how to get there. I will leaving from Asahikawa and back to Sapporo on the same day.

Furano is most well known for summer, though people do ski there in winter. Autumnd does have some colors, but it is not as impressive as other parts of Hokkaido, or Japan.
Biei has attractions year round with the blue pond and the like. I recommend heading to Biei first and if you have extra time. go to Furano.
