I am studying economics in a Japanese University. But my real interest is to study physics and continue to higher education as far as I can go.The question is, after I graduate, will I be eligible to apply for a visa for the secondary undergraduate course, or do I have to quit my current school? I would like to graduate from my current school if it is possible. Is there limit about the number of universities foreigners can enroll and get a student visa?

No limit - provided you are accepted by the university, and you have the funds to pay for it.
