I would like to asking if i trsvel to osaka , kyoto,nara ,kobe,hemiji , for total 11 day , it is good for buying the icoca & haruka pass. Thanks.

Well. It depends on how many days would be spend to travel around these cities. If you spend half a day in himeji and another half in Kobe, a full day in Osaka, and the rest of the time in kyoto, I would get a kansai pass instead.
