I'm a junior in high school and I am currently enrolled in a culinary program. I enrolled in the program because I am planning on owning a restaurant in Japan in the future. Is it possible for me?

Sure you can own a business in Japan, but you wont get any financial assistance in Japan i.e. loans or a mortgage. You will need to finance it all yourself.
