Sagano Scenic Railway open on Wednesday?

Hi,
I understand that Sagano Scenic Railway is closed on every Wednesday. And i am going on this coming Nov 11 (Wednesday).
I had checked on the calendar that's posted on their site and found that Wednesdays stated the word "Clinical".
How can i confirm that the railway will be open on that day?

The train will run everyday during November! "Clinical" is a completely wrong translation. It indicates whether an additional train is running or not. If "clinical" is colored green, it means that one additional special train is operated in the late afternoon. If the "clinical" is colored blue, it means that two additional trains are operated.
And that is in addition to all the regular departures.
