Nagoya Oasis 21 elevator

HI
i understand that there is an elevator in Oasis 21 near exit 4 of Sakae station to bring us to the ground level. will need to use this elevator to ferry our luggages from the subway to our hotel . however, i couldn't locate this elevator using google map and have no idea where it is. would appreciate it someone can tell me where it is located eg is it near a particular shop etc..

When there either ask the train company's ticket booth's staff or look for signage that identifies the direction of the nearest elevator to your current position.
