Is it worth going up Asahidake Ropeway

Hello,
My trip to Hokkaido is coming up this week, and currently planning my driving route.
Is it worth getting on Asahidake Ropeway just for the view? I won't be doing any ski. I will probably have about 15 minutes up there, then have to come down and continue my journey.
