Transportation to Toyota Plant

Hi Guys,
I will be visiting Toyota Plant soon, and I will be traveling from Osaka taking the JR. In the meantime, I have searched the train connection to reach Mikawa-Toyota.
However, as recommended from the Toyota website, the short transfer time (4 mins) from Okazaki to Mikawa-Toyota confused me, as it is not enough time for me to buy a ticket.
I search through the web, it seems possible to pay upon arriving. My question is, can I pay the Okazaki to Mikawa-Toyota fare after arriving at Mikawa?
Hope to get response from those who have visited this tour!

Four minutes should be enough time to buy a ticket. If you still miss your train, take the next one, they run roughly every 10-15 minutes.
