Luggage forwarding from Hakone to Tokyo

I am travelling from Hakone to Fuji Five Lakes for a day trip before returning to Tokyo in the evening.
If I pass my luggage in Hakone to a forwarding company like Ta-Q-Bin in the morning (about 9 am or earlier), is it possible for my luggage to be delivered to an address (maybe Hotel or guest house) in Tokyo on the same day?
Can they collect the luggage from me in Hakone or must I bring to them?

Same-day delivery is only possible in some rare cases. You can ask them about your specific situation with the inquiry form on their website.

send off you luggage the day before and only keep with you your gear for that night and your lakes visit.
