I will be using the JR East South Hokkaido Rail Pass to travel from Tokyo to Shin-Hakodate Hokuto.
I would like to know at the JR East Ticket Offices (Midori-no-madoguchi), are they able to issue the Reversed Ticket from Tokyo to Shin-Hakodate Hokuto or only up to Shin-Aomori?
As I can understand that you could only make advance reservation between Tokyo to Shin-Aomori only in JR East Webpage.

All the way to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto.
