Tokyo Wide Pass for Mt. Fuji and Nikko

Hi,
I'm planning to go to Fujigoko area and Nikko and maybe Karuizawa for the sake of trying the Shinkansen. I'm thinking of getting the pass. My question is, can I use this pass for Holiday Rapid Fujisan train to Kawaguchiko (from Shinjuku) and Nikko Spacia train to Nikko (from Tobu Asakusa)? If so how do I reserve the seat especially for Nikko Spacia train. I've searched all over internet and not found the answer.
