In Osaka for Tanabata

Ifll be visiting Himeji Castle + Kokoen in the morning, then stopping at Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and finally reaching my hostel around Osaka Station later on. Just looking at my schedule I realised it was Tanabata (July 7th)! I know some places celebrate it on August 7th, but I was hoping to see some decorations or celebrations in Osaka? Do you know of anything going on that day?
