Is there anyway that I can refund my excess tickets to Disneyland? I have 6 excess child tickets which is valid for 3 days pass on both parks for August 17-19 , 2016. I made some error in buying tickets.

It depends on the method of purchase. How did you buy them?
Worst case scenario you can sell them to a ticket shop in Tokyo but you wouldn't get a full refund, as they would be purchasing them to resell them at lower than face value. But better than wasting them in case you can't get a refund! It's legal, but you need to have a Japanese document.
