Hi does anyone know where can I park cheaply near Otaru canal? I read that there is redeemable parking beside the Otaru food court if you eat there? Does it still stand because that was a few years ago?
If I'm done with Otaru sight-seeing, where else can I drive that is nearby and provide nice sceneries?
Which transport card should I buy for train and maybe bus commuting? I have a icoca that I intend to use bu have to get others for my family.
Would greatly appreciate any kind advise as my trip is in a few days' time. Thanks!
