Transport from chiyoda to narita airport

I have a flight from narita airport at 9 a.m. on 7 november. My hotel is in chiyoda on jimbocho Street, so I'm looking for a bus / train that will take me to the airport. Is there any at 4 a.m?

The earliest trains start around 4:30-4:45 in the morning. If you take the first train, you'll get to Narita around 6:30AM or 7AM depending on which station exactly and how many times you transfer. For a 9AM flight, that should be more than enough time. You can use hyperdia.com to check train times from your closest station to Narita.
I don't know about buses, sorry (I hate them!) so maybe someone else will give you your bus options.
