SQ Okinawa to Singapore

The domestic segment until Tokyo is using JAL. Based on Most Significant Carrier, the luggage allowance should follow the longest haul, which is SQ with 30kg, compared to domestic JAL (20kg). I want to get confirmation from the airlines to avoid hassle during check in.
However, upon checking with JAL, my travel agent received mixed answer (to follow JAL allowance). I tried contacting SQ to get a written statement on the luggage allowance, but there's no reply.
Does anyone experience this flight?
