Which IC card to buy

Hi, I'm kind of confused about all the IC cards and passes available and would appreciate some advice here.

We will be travelling to Central Japan next month covering the following places in this order:

Nagoya (flying into Centrair, then taking a highway bus to Kyoto)
Kyoto
Hiroshima (will be using the JR Kansai Hiroshima Area Pass)
Osaka
Kobe (day trip fr Osaka)
Kanazawa (will be using the Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass)
Shirakawago
Takayama
Nagoya (flying out of Centrair)

Within the cities, we plan to take buses, subway, and where possible, use the passes we are getting.

So which IC card should we get that we can use on the various types of buses, subway, trains in these cities?
