Tokyo - Tateyama - Shirakawa - Osaka - Kyoto

Hello and thanks for reading my post, here is my itinerary plan, bought flight ticket but haven't decide the itinerary.
this is my 2nd visit to japan since few years ago (but never been to other than tokyo - kyoto - osaka)

Day 1 Flight to Tokyo
Day 2 Tokyo
Day 3 Tokyo – Mt.Fuji
Day 4 Tokyo – Matsumoto
Day 5 Matsumoto – Tateyama Alpen Route – Toyama
Day 6 Kanazawa - Shirakawa - Kanazawa
Day 7 Kanazawa - Osaka
Day 8 Osaka - Miyajima - Hirosima
Day 9 Osaka
Day 10 Osaka - Kyoto
Day 11 Kyoto
Day 12 Kyoto
Day 13 Kyoto - Tokyo (bus)
Day 14 Tokyo
Day 15 Flight back

I've few questions:
* Does it possible with above itinerary ?, or too rush ?, or do i need to use other route ?
* If i plan to buy 7 Days JR Pass, is it worth ? or any other suggestion ?
* Is there any luggage transfer service in Matsumoto if i want to go for Tateyama Alpen route and exit in Toyama ?
* Is radiation level in Tokyo is still on normal level ?, i heard rumour from my friends they don't recommend to visit Tokyo because of high radiation level.
