Apartment vocabulary 2016/10/29 16:58
Im trying to get a new apartment with someone and I keep running across these two terms. I get that ニ人入居可 means 2 person okay and ルームシェア可 means room share is okay, but how are these different? The person I trying to move in with and I are a couple, but we aren't married and both of us are gaijin. I have heard that ニ人入居可 means that only one person is on the lease and that the other is listed as a resident and that forルームシェア可 both people are listed on the lease as tenants. Is there any validity in that?
