This Ise itinerary in a day?

Hi! We'll be staying in Nagoya for one week and thinking of going to Shima Peninsula for a side trip. In particular, we wanna go to the following:
- Ise Inner and Outer Shrines, including Oharaimachi
- Meoto Iwa
- Hinjitsukan
Can these be doable in a day? Do you recommend going to Toba as well? Or any other recommendations in the area.
Also: would you know if all necessary travel among destinations are covered by the JR Aozora Free Pass?
