Onsen Alpine Route start and end point

Hi,
I will push through with Alpine Route this April and will make a stop at both ends of the route, Toyama or Kanazawa and Nagano or Matsumoto. I was wondering if theres a good onsen place near these their respective train station.
Onsen that still open by nightime would be better.
