Snow activities in Hokkaido late March?

Hello! My family and I (6 adults) will be in Hokkaido from 19-24 March. Where can we go that will still has snow for snow activities like snowmobile, snowrafting etc. or a gondola trip up a mountain for views?
We are not very keen to stay in Sapporo but if it's more convenient to base in Sapporo, then we'll probably just do day trips because we enjoy nature. We are also not looking to ski or snowboard, but I am considering a day trip to a ski resort like Niseko/Kiroro/Rusutsu for the snow activities.
Another alternative is to head to Shikisai no aka for the snow activities and then head on to Asahiyama zoo.
Any suggestions or recommendations will be helpful, thank you.
