Hi I plan to visit the tuna auction at Tsukiji Market. As I need to register by 5am for the tuna auction, where is the most convenient and reasonable price place/area to stay to enable me to walk to the market as the train services are still not in operation at 5am. Thank you.

The Tokyo Ginza Bay Hotel is the same distance and about a quarter of the price. It's a capsule hotel.
