Miyajima-Hiroshima-Okunoshima-Osaka

Hello,
After spending a night in Miyajima, we plan to go to Osaka, making 2 stops on the way (all on the same day):
1. Hiroshima - a short stop, just to see the peace memorial park.
2. Okunoshima - a 2-3 hours stop,
and then to Osaka for the night, flying home on the next day.
Is it doable, and what is the best way to get from Hiroshima to Okunishima and from Okunishima to Osaka (using public transportation)?

I guess it is doable.
Miyajimaguchi to Hiroshima, 30 minutes.
Hiroshima to Tadanoumi via Mihara, 60 minutes.
Tadanoumi to Shin-Osaka via Mihara, 120 minutes.
None of the times include tram or ferry. But I guess if you have 2 hours in Hiroshima and 3 on the bunny island, starting you day at 9am, you'd get to Osaka around 5pm.
