I'm in Tokyo and would like to know if there are places or landmarks every tourist has to visit near Omori, Oimachi, Osaki and Shinagawa station? Thank you.

No must sees near those stations. But they have good train access to other must see locations.

I'll chip in: Not touristy, and not a "must see", but I enjoyed seeing the soccer field/pub at Osaki (and the shopping centre had some good performances on while I was there a couple of years ago.) I also had the chance to walk between Osaka and Shinagawa which was an interesting morning.
The key to random places around stations is to go and find them - might be a gem hidden that people might not know about. As an example, on the Ta forums someone commented Tsurumi had nothing, but it actually has one of the biggest zen temples in the country (and mostly recently featured by JR in one of their publications), so don't rely on experts, they don't always know.
