when you have teemasu verbs is actually spoken teemasu or teimasu?

What do you mean by "teemasu" verbs? Do you mean th "te-imasu" construction, where you take the te-form of a verb and add "-imasu" (or "-iru" in casual speech) to refer to someone "doing (something)"?
If you mean something like: - Tomu wa ima doko ni imasu ka? (Where is Tom now?) - Cafe de ranchi wo tabete imasu. (He is eating lunch in the cafe.)
...and are talking about the "tabete imasu" part, then it is pronounced as "tabete imasu." But this (particularly in casual speech "tabete iru") can be shortened to "tabeteru," dropping the "i" sound.
So the above conversation might be as follows in casual speech: - Tomu wa ima doko? - Cafe de ranchi wo tabeteru.
