Self drive in Hokkaido

Is the following itinerary a suitable route for self drive in mid September 2017. Our self drive will begin on the 3rd day after arriving in Sapporo. We will start the self drive from Sapporo to the following towns. Please advice if the the number of days stay at the following towns is enough and if the sequence of towns suitable.
