Would you share a ride to Mt Fuji on 23 July?

I'm climbing Mt.Fuji on 23rd July start from 10pm to see sunrise.
You need to take a taxi to go up to 5th station since personal use car is limited that season.
If there is anybody want to share a ride to go up to 5th st from Kawaguchi lake, I'm very grateful.
I'm with a friend from US. there would be 2 extra seats.
One way ride is about 12000 yens. so I'm thinking to split into 3000 yens each.
If you take a bus it's 2500 I guess but there is no bus runs at night.
This chance going to be my 6th times to climb Mt Fuji so maybe I can give you advice also.
I'm a Japanese.
