Osaka Wholesale Market Tuna Auction

Hello! We're planning our trip to Osaka to celebrate our anniversary in December and would like to check out the tuna auction at the Osaka Wholesale Market either Monday 18/12 or Tuesday 19/12 early in the morning. From what I can gather, it's not a public event but I've seen videos on YouTube of the auction and they don't seem to mind if you stay out of their way, which we understand and we're happy to watch from a distance. From what we can gather on Google Map, the place is fairly big. We were wondering if we can get some guidance on where in the warehouse is the location of the auction. After the auction, we'll head for breakfast at Endo Sushi. Thank you so much in advance :)
