New rules of climbing Fujisan

Hi everyone!
There was rumored that the new system of payment and/or limits of climbers per day is on the way for Mt. Fuji.
So far I haven't found any detailed info on that.
If anyone has such information, please do publish the link to the new rules as soon as you can. (Or just share what you know so far).

They are not rumors. These are official plans by Yamanashi Prefecture. The details were announced in late January, but the policies have not been enacted yet. So, in theory there could still be some changes made. The planned changes are explained here (in the red box):
