JAL or ANA?

I'll need to take a round trip flight from Narita to Bangkok next month and the fares are about the same on these two carriers. it is a round trip flight. I will be connecting with a different airline (different ticket) to Phuket upon arrival in Bangkok. I've left 3.5 hours to make this connection. I'm wondering which airline has a better on time record? Any insight appreciated.

they're both pretty good in terms of service and time records. Ive flown on both airlines and never missed a connection. if the prices are the same, i guess it all boils down to which frequent flyer program your on so you can collect the points.

Both are pretty good in terms of service. The cabin crews are polite and attentive. ANA is a member of the Star Alliance, I fly with them to collect miles.
