is there any way to get from naha airport to kise beach by public transport? i am not japanese, and i dont have an international driving licence, only my home countries driving licence, so i dont think i can rent a car, right? any help would be appreciated

Bus lines 20 and 120 provide access to Kise Beach. You could take them all the way from Naha or take the express bus to Nago and backtrack to Kise. The latter should be faster, but is more expensive.
