Does anyone know if/when there will be a Kobe Matsuri festival in 2010 ?

Thanks for the information.
I'm staying in Kyoto that weekend, but they're having their own festivals (Aoi Matsuri and Mifune Matsuri).
Do you think it's possible to combine the Aoi Matsuri parade in Kyoto on Saturday morning (May 15th) with the Kobe Matsuri festival in the afternoon/evening or would that be pushing it too much ?
