How has weather in Tokyo been? Forecast shows rain all the time. Is it rain as in all the time or just drizzle here and there?

Today it started raining at midday and has been drizzling for the rest of the day pretty much without stopping, but it's not heavy rain. Tomorrow's forecast is for rain until sometime in the afternoon. It could be the same as today, could be heavier rain, could be more drizzly- no one can say really. Looks like it will be the same for most of the next week- typical early spring weather.
