New Osaka Hotel or Station Hotel better?

New Osaka Hotel & Shin Osaka Station Hotel Annex, if price are about the same, which one is better in terms of location (distance to bullet train station and safety around the area) and room quality?

In terms of location, the New Osaka Hotel is just a few steps from the station's East Exit, while the Station Hotel Annex is a 3-5 minute walk away from the same exit. So, the New Osaka Hotel is better. As for safety, I don't think it is an issue. If it were, the New Osaka Hotel would obviously also have an advantage over the Annex hotel.

As for the prices, it depends on what rates you are able to get. As for the quality of the hotels, both get rather average ratings, with most visitors being satisfied, but not thrilled. The ratings are very similar for both hotels.
