Hi, there is no price listing for the Lavender Go bus from Biei JR to Kisen.
In this case, am I allowed to board the bus from Biei to travel to Kisen?

You are allowed to board and deboard. The fares are not shown for the simple reason that the fare table would become very large and complicated if every single fare would be shown.
