Our flight arrives at Narita at 1:10. If I utilize the luggage delivery to our Shinjuku hotel, will it arrive that evening, or the next day?
As Americans flying in from the Philippines, how long should it take us to get our passports stamped, luggage picked up, and ready to board the N'EX?
Does the Yurakucho station have lockers large enough for our carry-on luggage?

The next day. Unless there is some express option, which I am not aware of.

Usually about one hour.
