we will be in tokyo november 25 to december 2. by that time what is the temperature in tokyo? what clothing will we bring? is it snowing by that time?

Average daytime highs around 14 degrees. Nighttime lows around 7 degrees. The chance of snow is very low.

The chances of snow in at that time are so low that in 12 years living here I have not once seen it snow in November.
Bring a warm jacket/coat, as well as a scarf and hat if you plan to spend a lot of time outside- some days can be quite windy and cold. I remember my sister-in-law's wedding day was in November last year and it was about 6 degrees during the day. Other days can still be quite warm.
The beginning of November can be quite different from the end of November temp-wise.
