Kokedera reservation

Hello,

I understand that I need to make reservations to visit the Kokedera temple well in advance. I'm thinking 1-2 months is sufficient time.

I also understand that I can use simple English in my letter.

I will need to specify the day of my visit.
Some questions:

1) Are there specific open hours for this temple?

2) Is it open every day of the week?

3) Do I need to specify the time of day I want to visit in my letter? Or is it assigned by the temple in the response.
