I will be going to Namjatown in Ikebukuro in 2 weeks time to buy ice cream from Ice Cream City. Is there anything else there in Namjatown that is worth spending time there since entrance fee is 300 yen?

Namjatown is an indoor play-land with a theme on cats. There are lots of games which children love but everything is in Japanese.
