Hostel

I am going to be back in Tokyo in May for a few weeks and I need a good hostel that has a girls dorm.
Is there any places that have large lockers to store a laptop bag and a luggage bag?

It most likely is equipped with every station. It is called Coin Locker.

If it is a very large, You can store it to the cloakroom.It is called 手荷物預かり所(Tenimotsu Azukarisyo).See below.
