Yes, you can see the operating hours here:- http://www.tobu.co.jp/foreign/contact.htmlNote that it is outside the Tobu Asakusa railway station, it is pretty well signposted though. If you are purchasing your pass on the day allow enough time for them to process your pass and book the train. They are very helpful and speak English well. They are also pretty busy on a Sunday I would guess as many people would go to Nikko on a weekend. Enjoy your trip!
