Closing time for summer matsuri shops?

I will be dropping by Japan in the late June, and will be arriving on the final day of the Himeji Yukata Festival. However i am not sure if i will be able to make it in time to enjoy the festival because of the travel time from Narita to Himeji.

Does anyone know roughly do these local festivals go on through the night or do they wrap up early like certain shops in Japan? Anyone attended the Himeji Yukata Festival yet?

Anyone knows what time do festival shops close?

I`m not sure, but this article says the closing time of the last year`s festival was 21:30.
