JR bus Inquiry 2012/6/10 09:38
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e5306.html

Can someone tell where each of these buses (JR Hokkaido Bus, Hokkaido Chuo Bus and Jotetsu Bus) go to? Is it possible to use one these buses to go from Sapporo to Hokadate and if so, how much? If it's all over hokkaido, is the price really 1000 yen as listed under the combination pass? Or was it a typo and it's 10000 yen?

I appreciate you responses

They provide urban bus lines all across the city of Sapporo. In addition, they also operate some inter-city bus services, however, these are not covered by the Combination One Day Pass. The Combination One Day Pass is only valid for urban transport around Sapporo.

Yes, Hokkaido Chuo Bus operates buses between Sapporo and Hakodate for 4,680 yen one way.

Again, that pass only covers urban buses inside Sapporo. It does not cover the Sapporo-Hakodate bus.

Hi,

I'm a person living in Sapporo.

In order to move from Sapporo to Hakodate by express bus, get on a Hokkaido Chuo or Hokuto Kotsu bus for Hakodate (wait at the #8 bus stop of Sapporo Station Bus Terminal). You can get on either Hokkaido Chuo or Hokuto Kotsu bus with a common ticket. Getting on the bus for Hakodate needs 4680 yen, as mentioned earlier.

Note:
Hokkaido Chuo means Hokkaido Central.
Hokuto Kotsu means North Capital Transportation.

The other two bus companies (JR Hokkaido Bus and Jotetsu Bus) don't provide any Sapporo-Hakodate line.

So called One Day Pass only covers inside Sapporo city. It is basically a ticket for the people economically sightseeing Sapporo in one day, not a ticket for the people moving to Hakodate.
