Late Night Transfer (Haneda to Tokyo station)

I will reach Tokyo (Haneda International Airport) at around midnight during early August '12 and require cheap transportation to Tokyo station.

Can someone advise me about cheap transportation by bus/coach or train from Haneda International Airport to Tokyo station at around midnight.

If your arrival is around midnight, you may not be able to catch any last train or bus, in which case I recommend to stay at a hotel around the airport.
