Tokyo architecture 2012/7/17 23:11
My husband would like to see Japan architecture (modern and ancient) including eco-friendly building during our Tokyo trip.

Where can we see?

Hi,

In addition to the buildings introduced above, there are more buildings to be mentioned. Take a look at this thumbnail:

To see more closely, click a small image to make it larger.

If your husband finds his favorite buildings in this thumbnail, let me know later.

In the second row, you can see an interesting building looking like:

This building is called NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building (located in Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), and gain growing popularity among tourists (it is simply because the NTT Docomo building reminds them of the Empire State Building in New York). Unfortunately, you can't enter this building unless you're an employee working there. You can watch this building even from JR Shinjuku Station.

Here are other photos showing the NTT Docomo building:

Note: NTT Docomo is a mobile phone company.

At last, don't forget to visit Odaiba (Tokyo). As introcuced above, there is a neo futuristic building of Fuji TV station:
