Seating tickets to the Jidai Matsuri?

Would like to purchase tickets for the 'paid seating' at the Kyoto Imperial Palace for the Jidai Matsuri in October. Is there a website where these tickets can be purchased or can they be purchased through a travel bureau or agent in the USA?
