Toei and Tokyo Metro 1 day economy pass

Dear Sir/Madam,
Is Toei and Tokyo Metro 1 day economy pass include :
- Tobu Tojo line exp
- saikyo line rapid
On my understanding it will cover Tokyo metro and toei subway uedo line, isn't it ?

No. Tobu is a different railway company and not covered.
- saikyo line rapid
No. The Saikyo Line is operated by JR, which is a different railway company and not covered.
On my understanding it will cover Tokyo metro and toei subway uedo line, isn't it ?
It covers all 9 subway lines operated by Tokyo Metro and all 4 subway lines operated by Toei, one of which is the Oedo Line (note spelling).
