Bus timetable to Takumi no Sato

Pls advise us the way to bus stop to go to Takumi no Sato after take off from train at the Jomo Kogen station and the bus timetable from Jomo Kogen station to Takumi no Sato.
Your prompt advise would be highly appreciated.

上毛高原駅 発 means departure from Jomo Kogen
たくみの里 means Takumi no Sato

As you can see, quite a few buses do not make the small detour via Takumi no Sato.

1If I arrive Jomo Kogen at 9.30 am,when is bus departure time from Jomo Kogen to Takumi no Sato and how long to arrive it.?
2.If I would like to return back and arrive to Jomo Kogen station at 14.00.When is the suitable time or bus time I shall departure from Takumi no Sato.?
