Flexible tickets JAL/ANA

I am a bit confused on the JAL and ANA webpages. I got a recommendation from the flight company I travel to Japan with to get a "flexible ticket" for the domestic flight from Tokyo-Narita to Fukuoka in case the international flight is delayed and I would miss the transfer to the Fukuoka flight. However I can't find any info on that.

Flying from Stockholm through Vienna with Austrian, it will arrive at 7.30 AM local time if not delayed. That is why they suggested me booking a flexible ticket.
